Day Three: Bye Bye T Dot

Ubered it to Union Station this morning and hopped Via to London.
Full house here: our niece that we saw at the Toronto BBQ is here, as is another niece from Australia with her two little girls, plus my sister and brother in law.
Tomorrow we are all heading out to the Pinery which makes me laugh because it sounds like a factory that makes pine trees.
My grand nieces.  I am old.
The next day we are heading out on a road trip to the Muskokas.  Holy shit what a dumb time to leave booking to the last minute.  We just paid for two nights at an Econolodge in Huntsville, and let me tell you: it wasn't economical.
So far we have three nights booked on the road and we'll need to find one more place to stay on the way back which at least will be a Monday so hopefully some vacancies will shake out.
Our rental car is a little, white Fiat 500 which is really cute and looks fun to drive and I can't wait to drive it.
Bed now!

  1. Ah yes, you've hit high season in Muskoka. When you're in Huntsville, head over to Bondi cottage village, a little past Dwight and only a little out of the way of the route to Algonquin Park, and say high to the Tapleys, old family friends. And if you need a place to stay in T.O. . . .
