Above and beyond this, we have a kitchenette with a kitchen table, a small living room with satellite TV, a large bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a towel warming rack, naturally.
When I was here a few weeks ago (so briefly) it was rife with tourists and jerks. Of course my mom and I didn't fit either compartment, as our travel guide at the time advised us that we were, in fact, "travellers".
Regardless, I recall it was very early in our tour and we had little time on the ground and we also hadn't had lunch and so we did a brief tour but ended up spending the majority of our time in an overpriced restaurant because we needed to have lunch.

More importantly, however, is the Kookeet festival is on this weekend, which is essentially Brugge's top chefs offering up small plates over the weekend, plus cooking demonstrations and a couple of wine tents.
Anyways, I looked in to some of the nightlife in Brugge, and there's definitely a bit of a strange underbelly that juxtaposes the very expensive shops and restaurants here.
The next few days should be interesting!
I love your life!
