Needing a little pick me up, I recently did what a lot of women do to buoy their spirits: I got my nails done and I bought some shoes.By "got my nails done" I mean I bought some nail polish for $5 and did the whole "paint everything from the third knuckle up, and scrape off the residual later".
And by "bought some shoes"... well, they are shoes, aren't they?
We leave on vacation on Friday, to the Okanagan. It will be good to get away and spend time with family.
Normally I like to infuse a bit of sarcasm or humour at this junction, but I've really got nothing except for meeting up with a coworker in the copy room and having her tell me the copier had jammed in a certain area and I pointed out that it had jammed on me in a different area earlier in the day and then I said "so we're jammin'?"
I hope you like jammin' too.

ReplyDeleteI got them at Forerunners on 4th in Kits. I think they retail for around $160, but there's a huge sale on there right now and I picked them up for $99. If the sale is still going I absolutely recommend going there. You'll save a mint.
