I just downloaded Spunkshine's "Distorting the Hertzian Wave" and it is awesome

We get back on our bikes and turned down Slocan and hit the Central Valley Trail which was really cool and took us through the Burnaby Sports Complex where there was a Regatta going on, volleyball and even archery.  That place has it all.
Because we were having so much fun exploring and enjoying the bike trail we decided to keep on it and go to New Westminster.  In my head I thought that maybe we would Skytrain it home from there, but once we got there and biked along the seawall we just kept on going and, after getting lost a few times, made it back to Burnaby and angled ourselves towards the Northshore mountains.
I guess I kind of chapped Michael's ass when we got lost because I kept questioning him as to where were going and so he said something snippy to me and I was trailing behind him and I was getting tired and I was hungry but I dealt with like a champ, I did.  I said to him "I have something to tell you" and he was too far ahead of me and ignored me or didn't hear me.  So I got a bit closer and I said "You haven't heard what I want to tell you" and he still didn't slow down and so I pedalled hard and pulled alongside him and said "You still haven't heard the thing I need to tell you" and so he looked over at me and said "What?" and I gave him the finger.  It was pretty funny.
We made it back over the Ironworker's Memorial (dude: that is a long downhill) and then had to slog it up the massive hill on 3rd which is not a fun way to end what we figure was an 80 kilometre bike trek (Michael's Garmin battery died just after the 60k mark).
And now I am sitting on a pillow as I write this because my ass hurts, drinking the Viognier that I bought from Ruby Blues that won double gold and listening to my most recent Groove Salad find: Spunkshine.
 Rough, yeah?
Tomorrow is the shower for my cousin's fiance, followed by dinner at Monk McQueen's. Then I get to babysit Felix for a couple of days at my mom's waterfront condo and meet up with another friend for dinner on Monday.
Looking forward to a good long run along the seawall while I'm there.  Since I don't have the results from the MRI back yet it means that I'm operating at 100%, right?
Man, it's only Saturday and I've already had the best weekend ever.
