All I wanted to do was to listen to iTunes through Michael's television. This should be relatively simple, right? I mean, I remember being with a friend of mine in Metrotown and something something Bluetooth and he just sent me a picture from his phone to mine (which was uber crappy at the time) and I was like "are you a witch?".
But syncing a computer and a TV? After four glasses of wine? Madness.
Anyways. Long story long, I'm at Michael's and I think I've probably inadvertently opened up all of his networks for public consumption so everyone in a four block radius is, like, looking at pictures of his junk or something.
I don't know.
Yeah.
So it was a half day at work today and then I met L for lunch which was nice. The commute to Kits? Not so much. Hey: it's Christmas, assholes!
Ha ha and irony: I just got an email from the SPCA that my mom made a donation on my behalf to them for xmas. I did the exact same thing for her tonight, except instead of finagling and finessing the interwebs, I wrote "I donated $25 to the SPCA for you today" in her poorly handwritten xmas card.
Ha ha.
I want a rotary phone for xmas.
I wish we still had the original rotary phone that was in our house as a kid... someone bought it at the estate sale. I would send it to you. The buyers were probably going to use it as a weapon or boat anchor.
ReplyDeleteI have a coworker who's daughter wanted to use the phone at Grandpa's house and it was one of those cradle phones that had the rotary dial on the handset and they couldn't figure out how to operate it, LOL.
ReplyDeleteWhen she told that story to me I felt very old.
