Last week I had dinner with my mom and then met C at Craft Beer Market which will mark the fourth time I have been there since New Year's Eve. I love that place. Figure it out, North Vancouver. Also caught up with my Nana and Ed since I missed them at Christmas because I had the Black Plague, and went wool shopping with R for the first time in my life. Don't worry: I'm not doing anything taxing, labour intensive, or creative: she is!
Speaking of R, we went back to our local haunt the other day and we've pretty much achieved "Norm!" status, a la "Cheers". Not sure if it's a good thing that she now basically infers I would like a 9oz glass of wine instead of a 6oz. Hey, I think I'm being considerate: it's less trips to the bar and back for her.
Today I went to my mom's and my brother and his family were there and Declan maintains his title of "Cutest Baby in the World". He is able to sit up by himself, and also does downward dog. I'm actually not kidding about that part: I think it's him getting ready to
Anything I missed is in the below list:
- The sea bus has extended the hours where it runs every 15 minutes instead of 30! #overdue
- I knew it would happen: John Tortorella finally lost his shit. Not that I blame him.
- Go Seahawks!
- When did I become such a sports fanatic? Michael and I discussed going to the USGA Open Championship in 2015 in Washington. I will find out if Tiger is truly reformed.
- Ran my longest distance yet this year, today (6.64 whopping miles) in my new minimalist shoes. Hi, calves!
- Still have yet to change a diaper.
