I don't know, I think sometimes blogging is exactly like peeing - sometimes it's a desperate moment, sometimes you can hold it a little while, but it all comes out eventually.
New blogs are good - a fresh beginning for a new chapter. Plus, to continue the analogy, it's a bit like flushing the old one so you can get on with things and not be walking around with mental toilet paper stuck to your shoe. ;-)
Define "new blog" please. And I'm not sure I'd equate blogging with evacuating one's bladder, but to each his/her own.
