White people problems

Yes.  So this was the debate of the night.  Love or hate?

  1. Well, it depends. If it's a swimming pool / diving platform, it's not high enough, and the deep end isn't deep enough. Don't know how the glass will contain the water pressure. So thumbs down. If it's a fire tower, definitely not tall enough, unless it's at the very top of a mountain. So, maybe on that. If it's a tourist info centre, bravo to the architect who got that past the approval committee. If it's a home, it would take a certain type of person to live there, one who likes living in a fish bowl and who doesn't mind climbing many stairs to get to the bedroom. (Talk about a mood killer.) Oh, it has an elevator? But maybe it's made of recycled water bottles, so is fabulously green. Wait, I know, it's a church, right? In that case, not wanting to be struck by lightning for saying something blasphemous . . . I'll sidestep the original question and say I'll wait to pass judgment when I see the landscaping.

    1. Yeah, it's actually a house that Naomi Campbell's Russian boyfriend is building. Zaha Hadid designed it.
Initially I hated it, and I still do hate the interior renderings, but I am starting to appreciate its uniqueness.

  2. Are the neighbors complaining? Kind of cool looking, I wouldn't pass up a chance to check out the nooks and crannies of a place like that.
