People in D.C. wear suits a lot

Did 7 plus miles this morning. Ran past the key D.C. sights.
It is freaking hot here.
I literally overheard a couple of young women slagging their friend for not networking enough when they go out.
Also, there is a consignment store near here that is so high end it doesn't accept Jones New York.
I do not fit in.
